Sales Engineer (M/W/D)

YOUR TASKS

You will coordinate sales, acquire new customers and support our existing customers. You will work with our development department to create system concepts and production lines at the customer's request.

Explaining complex technical issues is child's play for you.

Other tasks include:

  • planning and implementing target group-orientated sales and marketing activities
  • market research and analysis
  • creating and following up on technical offers
  • optimising the sale of products and services

All this is done in close coordination with the management, the project manager and the development manager.

We are a family business with around 40 employees.

Our expertise lies in the construction of production systems for the automatic assembly and testing of components for automotive, electronics, optics and pharmaceutical industries.

Each machine is unique and is newly developed and built by us.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG
  • university degree with a business/technical focus or a completed commercial apprenticeship
  • excellent technical understanding and strategic working methods
  • cost-conscious thinking and entrepreneurial behaviour
  • knowledge of labour and safety regulations
  • social skills and team spirit
  • reliability and ability to work independently
  • commitment, high flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • fluent in business-level English and, if necessary, knowledge of another foreign language
  • class B driving licence
